    Restaurant is creepy outside but really nice and friendly inside. Server girl was great! Pepper steak was not the way I like it but ok for hungry man))

    Let's start by saying the young waitress was nice. That's where the pleasantness of the visit ended. I ordered the House Special LoMein which was over cooked. The noodles were scorched and stuck together. With the 2 bites I took all I could taste was burnt noodles. I left the food sitting there, told the lady what was wrong with it, and was still charged $15 for something I didn't eat. I will never go back however, I will let the other 22,000 drivers at the trucking company I work for know. That way if they are ever in Carlin, NV they will not waste their time or money.
